Yes. Free is a fully functional proxy with local dashboard, budget enforcement, anomaly detection, and cost alerts. No time limit, no gates. It works offline and is MIT-licensed.

What's included in the free dashboard?

Everything local and cloud: run history, cost breakdowns, routing decisions, budget controls. The cloud dashboard at relayplane.com is free. Pro adds 90-day cloud history, network routing intelligence, and REST API access.

When does Pro pay for itself?

At about $60/mo in API spend. Network-enhanced routing finds cheaper paths for the same quality — most agents save $20-50/mo after the $19 fee.

What is the mesh and why does it matter?

The mesh is collective intelligence across all RelayPlane agents. Free users contribute anonymized routing signals. Pro users also receive signals — meaning your agent benefits from every other agent's experience.

What data does the mesh share?

Only anonymized metadata: model name, token counts, cost, latency, success/fail. Your prompts, responses, and API keys never leave your machine. Mesh is on by default but you can opt out anytime: `relayplane mesh off`.

What is Fleet for?

Fleet is for teams running multiple AI agents. Your agents share a private mesh — they learn from each other's routing decisions. Includes per-agent spend limits, approval flows, and audit logs.

Is there annual billing?
