Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and optional UTM parameters (how you found us). That's it.
RelayPlane's open-source proxy runs entirely on your machine. Telemetry is disabled by default. When you opt in, only anonymized metadata is shared: task type, token count, model used, and success/fail. We never collect your prompts, code, or outputs.
2. How We Use Your Data
- Email addresses: to notify you about product launches and updates. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- Anonymized metadata (Contributor tier only): to improve routing intelligence across the network.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We may use standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict agreements.
4. Data Retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Anonymized metadata has no personal identifiers and is retained indefinitely for analytics.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Open Source
RelayPlane is open source under the MIT License. You can audit exactly what data the proxy collects by reviewing the source code on GitHub.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers.
